Updates
on Road works between George & Plett
|

Traffic flow will be restricted through
Kaaiman's Pass during the next two weeks while work
is done on the road surface. Blasting has been reduced,
stoppages will be minimal, and one-way lanes in both
directions will operate during the day.
Please note that a detour is in place from the first
turn-off to the second turn-off to Keurboomsstrand.

The
Plett Business Chamber held its annual dinner on the 16th
of March. The evening was held at Butterfly World and
Tea Garden and was a huge success with many of Plett's
prominent business owners in attendance. We said farewell
to our outgoing mayor and our new mayor, Lulama Mvumbi
was introduced. This was the first function Lulama attended
as Plett's new major. The Plett Business Chamber and Bitou
Municipality have pledged to work together and we look
forward to positive results in the future. Pictured are
